I do not focus on one area and provide a diet and countless supplements. I approach health and wellness as a whole, addressing all 5 foundational priorities: Nutrient Dense Diet, Blood Sugar Regulation, Sleep, Stress, and Digestion. Once we address what we deem is your most important stressor, we commonly see much improvement with all other foundations and continue to work on them all together.

Whether it’s a recipe to fit your individualized diet plan, homeopathic remedies, discounts on food and supplements, information on non-toxic living… I equip you with the knowledge and tools you need to succeed with your health after we are done working together.
