What sets me apart as a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner
I spent years visiting different doctors, frustrated knowing all they could offer me was a diagnosis and maybe a temporary solution. Despite my desperation for relief, I grew disillusioned with the cycle of disappointment, time, and money wasted. I decided to take matters into my own hands, dedicating years to research and altering my diet to repair my body. However, without the proper tools and guidance, I found myself wasting time and resources. I invested in countless supplements, tried various diets, and sought advice from holistic practitioners who often provided generic and ineffective recommendations. With so much misinformation coming from inadequately trained health coaches, it can be difficult to know the best path to healing. But you don’t have to feel lost and alone as I did. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
What sets me apart from other alternative practitioners is my belief that supplementation has its place—but it should be short-term, used only to support the body as it realigns itself with a healthier rhythm. I don't endorse fad diets. Instead, I recommend a traditional ancestral approach to eating—one that has sustained our ancestors for thousands of years. This means nourishing your body with cholesterol-rich proteins, organ meats, sprouted ancient grains, and cultured foods—nutrient-dense choices that have kept generations healthy long before the Industrial Revolution influenced our food supply. Eating this way is still achievable, even in our busy lives, and it doesn’t have to feel overwhelmingI reversed my perimenopause diagnosis, healed my stomach of chronic gastritis, and supported my children’s health to keep Western medicine away for 15 years. I would love to help you overcome your struggles as well!
