The Process

  1. Discovery call - I offer a free 15-minute call to help you get to know me better. I answer any question you may have about the process of working with me.
  2. Intake forms (HTMA + NAQ )
  3. HTMA Test kit mailed to lab. Results take up to 2 weeks to return from the lab and my full report with protocol takes up to 5 business days. 
  4. Upon receiving the lab results, we will schedule an appointment to go over the protocol in depth. This appointment must be set up within 3 weeks of receiving the results. 
  5. An email check in 2 weeks after supplementation and protocol changes have been implemented to inquire of the progress you are making!

ROOTED REBALANCE RESTORATION (6 month-limited offerings)
Full-body restoration through nervous system support. For chronic issues and deeper healing geared towards burnout, hormone imbalance, major digestive distress, late-stage fatigue, mineral rebalancing. A practitioner offer to clients fully invested in complete restoration.

1:1 support

Sometimes additional support is necessary when we feel stuck. While I offer open office hours on Wednesdays for current clients, appointments can me made throughout the rest of the week for more in-depth guidance. 
$50/30-minute appointment $100/60- minute appointment

HTMA Test+ Protocol & 60 minute consultation - $450

Hair Tissue Mineral Test with Lab Results and personalized protocol that targets your specific excesses and deficiencies. This will address all of the symptoms you provide in the NAQ intake. A 60-minute consultation to go over the results and protocol is included.

Rooted Rebalance-$850

A reset for your minerals, mood, and metabolism. Start healing from the inside out - with personalized labs, targeted protocols, and 1:1 guidance. This is a 3-month Program with guided Practitioner support.

I am certified as a practitioner by the Nutritional Therapy Association. The NTA is endorsed by the Weston Price foundation, a pioneer in traditional food sustainability, of whom I strongly support. I have spent 15 years applying my knowledge with my own family and have been successful in avoiding much Western Medicine, holistically raising 3 healthy children.
