Amanda Willard is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), HTMA Specialist, Functional Blood Analyst, and DUTCH Plus Certified Practitioner. Services focus on nutrition, mineral balancing, digestion, hormone support, and educational wellness guidance designed to help clients better understand and support their health.
2. Nature of Services
All services, consultations, reports, protocols, and educational materials provided by Amanda Willard, NTP, LLC are for educational and informational purposes only.
Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and should not replace the advice or care of a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider. Clients are encouraged to continue working with their healthcare providers regarding any medical conditions or concerns.
3. Services Offered
Services may include:
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA)
Functional bloodwork interpretation
DUTCH hormone testing support
Individual nutrition consultations
Personalized nutrition and supplement recommendations
Educational resources related to diet, digestion, mineral balance, and lifestyle
4. What Is Included
Each service includes only the items described at the time of purchase.
HTMA packages typically include a detailed written report, one consultation, and individualized nutrition and supplement recommendations.
My services do not include ongoing coaching between appointments, daily messaging, individualized meal plans, grocery lists, ETC.
If additional guidance, protocol adjustments, or continued support is needed, clients are welcome to schedule a follow-up consultation.
5. Client Responsibilities
Healing is highly individual, and no specific results can be guaranteed.
Clients are responsible for implementing recommendations, communicating honestly about their health history, medications, and supplements, and consulting their physician before making significant changes to their healthcare.
6. Payment and Refund Policy
Payment is required before services are provided unless otherwise arranged.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment has taken place.
Laboratory testing, HTMA testing, and custom supplement formulas cannot be refunded once they have been ordered.
Because reports and protocols require significant individualized preparation, they are non-refundable once work has begun.
7. Appointment Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be subject to a forfeiture of the appointment.
8. Communication Policy
Email and text communication are intended for brief questions related to an existing protocol.
Requests for extensive nutrition education, protocol revisions, meal planning, or ongoing coaching require a scheduled follow-up appointment.
Amanda Willard, NTP, LLC reserves the right to end the professional relationship with any client whose communication becomes abusive, threatening, harassing, or inappropriate.
9. Intellectual Property
All reports, protocols, educational materials, handouts, website content, graphics, and written resources are the intellectual property of Amanda Willard, NTP, LLC.
These materials are provided for the client's personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, sold, or shared with other practitioners or third parties without prior written permission.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is kept confidential and is used only for providing services, communicating with you, processing payments, and maintaining client records, except where disclosure is required by law.
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
By participating in services offered by Amanda Willard, NTP, LLC, you acknowledge that all recommendations are educational in nature.
You accept full responsibility for your health decisions and agree that Amanda Willard, NTP, LLC shall not be held liable for any outcomes resulting from your decision to implement or not implement recommendations.
No guarantee is made regarding specific health outcomes.
